Shipping & returns Policy

We ship all orders from our Sunshine Coast, QLD warehouse Monday to Friday.
Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch, or up to 3 business days during busy sale periods.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Aramex Standard: 2–6 business days — $8.95 AUD
  • Aramex Express: 1–4 business days — $12 AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99AUD*

Shipping to USA

  • Aramex standard International shipping : 5–8 business days — $20AUD

Shipping to New Zealand

  • Aramex standard International shipping : 5–8 business days — $15AUD

Please note: Orders over $60 NZD may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and GST upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Uncollected Parcels

If your order is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, you will need to cover the cost of re-shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

110% Store Credit
if you choose to exchange we are pleased to offer 110% store credit on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags attached and packaging intact

To start a return, email us at hello@lokalfolk.store with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, hats, swimwear, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
