1. What makes Lokal Folk different?

We’re Australia’s first fully reversible kidswear label —
every piece gives you two outfits in one.

Less waste, more wear, and no stress when life (or your toddler) gets messy.

2. How does the reversible design work?

It’s simple: one side gets dirty, flip it!

All our garments are double-lined with two layers of premium lightweight fabric
— basically two full outfits sewn together.

That means messes, stains, and spills stay on the side they happen.

3. Will stains go through to the other side?

Nope!

Because our pieces are fully double-lined (not just printed on both sides),
stains don’t soak through to the reverse side.

So if your kid spills lunch, you can wipe it, flip it, and carry on.

4. How do I care for reversible clothing?

Because your Lokal Folk pieces are fully reversible, you
won’t find a care label stitched inside — that would ruin the flip!

5. How do I wash double-sided fabric?

All fabrics are sewn securely together, so you can wash
them just like any other garment.

Both sides can be washed at once — no special care needed.

Because each piece is double the fabric, they can take a little longer to dry,
and when wet, you might notice the reverse side faintly showing through. Don’t
worry — this is completely normal and disappears once dry.

6. What if my child spills something sticky
(like ice-cream)?

If the spill is fresh, simply wipe the area with a baby
wipe or damp cloth, then flip it over to the clean side.

When you get home, just give it a normal wash. Easy.

7. Will the clothes still stain?

We’re clever, not magic!

Clothes can still stain and need the same TLC as anything else.

The difference is, if you do end up with a tough stain, you’ve got a whole
other side ready to go.

8. Where are your clothes made?

Every piece is made locally in Bali by small-batch artisans
we know by name.

We’re hands-on with the process — from design to production — to make sure
everything aligns with our values of sustainability, quality, and community.

9. What sizes do you offer?

Our core collection ranges from size 1 through to size 8.

All pieces are designed for comfort, movement, and a slightly oversized fit so
your kids get more wear as they grow.
